By using QuikWebTools you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. That's it — no hidden gotchas.
What the service is
QuikWebTools is a free collection of online utilities provided by Tech Vanta LLC. We do our best to keep things accurate and available, but we can't guarantee either. Tools can have bugs. Servers can go down. Use the results as a starting point, not a definitive source of truth for anything critical.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Break any local, national, or international law
- Attempt to overload, attack, or interfere with our servers
- Scrape the site at a rate that degrades the experience for other users
- Use server-side tools (ping, traceroute, port checker, etc.) against systems you don't own or have permission to probe
- Circumvent any rate limits or access controls
Server-side tools like ping and port checker send real network requests. Using them against infrastructure you don't own may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or equivalent laws in your country. We log abusive requests and will cooperate with law enforcement if required.
Intellectual property
The QuikWebTools name, logo, design, and original content belong to Tech Vanta LLC. The underlying open-source libraries (Bootstrap, QRious, Marked.js) are used under their respective licenses. Your inputs and outputs belong to you — we don't claim any rights over content you generate using our tools.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is." Tech Vanta LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results from SEO tools, domain lookups, and similar utilities are informational only and may not be accurate or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Vanta LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tech Vanta LLC is incorporated. Any disputes will be handled there.
